FEMA is sending personnel into tornado-damaged neighborhoods to help homeowners and families apply for assistance or answer questions. The Disaster Survivor Assistance teams will be canvassing both Douglas and Washington counties starting May 5 to help with state and county emergency management.This comes after President Joe Biden approved Gov.
